A Rather Splendid Watch That Actually Works
Look, we'll be honest. We've taken the classic 1960s service watch and given it a proper update without any of the faffing about. The Terrain Black is inspired by those rather good Vietnam-era designs, but with a 24-jewel automatic movement and a matte black PVD finish that doesn't catch the light like some show-off. It's the sort of watch you can actually wear, whether you're hiking up a mountain or, well, sitting at a desk pretending to work.

Beautifully Crafted Movement Powered by a self-winding NH35a automatic mechanism with 41 hours of power reserve. No batteries required. Your own arm movements keep it running, which is rather marvellous when you think about it. Exceptionally accurate and built to last generations of active use.
Legible in Any Condition The black dial is protected by authentic plexiglass with LumiNova hands and markers, so you can actually read the time whether you're in daylight, darkness, or submerged underwater. Twenty-four hour format because sometimes you need to know the proper time.
Genuinely Waterproof Rated to 5 ATM (50 metres or 165 feet), this watch handles wild swimming, climbing expeditions, and testing hikes without complaining. Screw-down caseback and crown ensure the whole thing stays properly sealed.
Comfortable for Everyday Wear At just 70 grams excluding the strap, it's understated and unobtrusive. The ballistic nylon NATO strap is durable, breathable, and can be washed and dried within minutes. Entirely removable too, so you can swap it about if you fancy.

Case 316L stainless steel with black PVD plating in a 38mm case (36mm excluding crown). Case thickness 12.9mm at centre. Screw-down caseback and crown. Lug to lug 43mm with 18mm strap width.
Water Resistance 50 metres or 165 feet. Suitable for snorkelling but not diving.
Crystal Plexiglass or acrylic. Durable and practical.
Strap Seal Black ballistic nylon, 300mm length. Stainless steel fittings with satin finish. G10 NATO style with black PVD coated buckle.
This is a limited edition. Rather good things tend not to hang about for long.
