Sossu
Everyday Essentials That Feel Like Sunday Morning. Made in Turkey with Certified Materials.
Sossu began with a question that turns out to be more useful than most brand mission statements: why does elegance so often feel like a compromise? The usual trade-offs — between comfort and looking right, between quality and affordability, between lasting well and looking current — are so embedded in how fashion works that most people have stopped noticing them. Sossu noticed, and built a brand to erase them. The premise is simple: everyday essentials that feel like Sunday morning but look right at a Thursday dinner reservation. No throwaway pieces, no seasonal panic, no algorithm-driven trend cycles. Just clothing designed around three qualities — quality, elegance, comfort — with none allowed to outshine the others.
Every garment is made by skilled Turkish makers working with certified materials: GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester, recycled cotton and deadstock fabrics. The silhouettes are clean and unisex — designed to fit a range of bodies without defaulting to either a masculine or feminine cut — with colour choices that are considered and minimal without being dreary. These are the pieces that earn their place in a wardrobe by being reached for consistently rather than occasionally: the kind of knitwear that goes with everything, the trousers that work three different ways, the coat that is still exactly right in five years. Built to last. Worn to feel. Made for people who have realised that buying less and buying better is not a sacrifice but a considerable relief.
