How to Use It
For Cold Relief: Place the wrap in the freezer for 1 to 3 hours depending on how chilly you like it. If it feels too intense, wrap it in a towel before applying. Use for up to 20 minutes at a time.
For Heat Therapy: Warm the wrap in the microwave alongside a microwave safe glass half filled with water. Heat in 30 second intervals, moving the wrap between each to ensure even warmth. Maximum heating times are 2 minutes at 850W or 3 minutes at 600W. Always test the temperature on your wrist before use. Apply for 10 to 20 minutes, with a 20 to 30 minute break before reheating.
