Rather good things do happen when you combine milk chocolate, fresh cream ganache, and raisins soaked in dark rum. We've rather embarrassingly dipped each one in 70 percent dark chocolate and dusted it with cocoa powder. Our chocolatiers in Henley-on-Thames have somehow managed not to eat them all before dispatch.

Ingredients: Milk Chocolate (38 percent Cocoa Solids Min), Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder (23 percent Milk Solids Min), Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Salt. Dark Chocolate (70 percent Cocoa Min), Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Cream (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Sorbitol, Rum-Soaked Raisins (16 percent).

Allergens: Contains Milk and Soya. Made in an environment that handles egg, gluten, tree nuts, sesame, sulphites and peanut.

Storage: Keep in a cool dark place. Contains alcohol. Fresh cream ganache means these are best enjoyed within four weeks of dispatch.

Delivery: Same day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm on weekdays. Free standard delivery on orders over 35 pounds. Free Click and Collect available. Standard Royal Mail First Class delivery 3.75 pounds. Named day delivery 10 pounds.

Christmas Orders: If you need these for Christmas, do let us know and we'll thoughtfully delay dispatch to ensure they arrive utterly fresh. These have a limited shelf life, you see, and we'd rather they arrived in top form than slightly less fabulous.
