Right, so here's the thing. You've probably heard the Ramones on record, and they're rather marvellous. But catching them live on television in their absolute prime? That's rather a different kettle of fish altogether. This splendid limited edition brings together three incendiary performances spanning 1977 to 1981, and we've gone to rather silly lengths to restore them properly.

Authentic Television Recordings: These aren't studio re-recordings or bootlegs. You're hearing genuine live-to-air performances from the band's peak years, captured exactly as audiences experienced them on their television sets.

Three Legendary Appearances: Side One features their complete performance from France's flagship music television programme, recorded at the Théâtre de l'Empire on 24 February 1980, just weeks after their Phil Spector collaboration. Side Two offers their full Don Kirshner's Rock Concert set from 9 August 1977, with the final track sourced from their appearance on the Tomorrow Show in New York on 9 January 1981.

Twenty-Three Essential Tracks: The New York punk legends tear through all the songs you absolutely must hear. Blitzkrieg Bop, I Wanna Be Sedated, Sheena Is a Punk Rocker, Beat on the Brat, Rockaway Beach, The KKK Took My Baby Away, Judy Is a Punk, Do You Remember Rock and Roll Radio, and Gimme Gimme Shock Treatment are all here in gloriously authentic form.
