If you'd like help with an order, have a question about one of our makers, or simply want to know something — do start with our FAQs. We've answered most of the usual suspects there, which may save you the wait.

The team is properly here Monday to Friday, 10am to 5.30pm GMT (excluding UK bank holidays, of course), and we'll get back to you as quickly as we possibly can. Rather sooner than you'd expect, usually.
