It is an ancestral tradition passed down through generations of women, refined over centuries into something genuinely extraordinary. Zanatany Concepts was founded to bring that tradition to the world — and to ensure the women who make it possible share properly in what it creates.

Founded in 2022 by French-Malagasy entrepreneur Nashwa H., Zanatany Concepts is a women-founded, women-powered brand built on two uncompromising principles: exceptional craft and genuine sustainability. Every bag is handwoven by skilled women artisans in Madagascar using natural raffia — a material that is renewable, biodegradable, and extraordinarily beautiful. The result is a collection of tote bags, beach bags, crossbody bags and clutches that are at once considered accessories and a meaningful act of support for the communities that make them.
