In 2022, the Etsy Design Awards Grand Prize went to Tim Stevenson of We Are Lunarium — chosen from thousands of entries by a panel of designers for work that was, quite simply, exceptional. It was a public validation of something his customers already knew: that the geometric wall hangings coming out of his Milton Keynes studio were genuinely unlike anything else available.

We Are Lunarium has been making handcrafted geometric wall art since 2018. Starting with simple designs on birch plywood circles, the range has evolved into an ambitious collection of wall hangings that combine carefully curated colour palettes, geometric shapes, terracotta, and metal details into pieces that feel both considered and joyful. Every item is made by hand in Milton Keynes. Custom and bespoke pieces are available for those who want something made precisely for their space — a service Tim approaches with the same care and detail as the core collection.
