The Sun & My Soul was founded in London in 2020 by Jutta, who grew up with mental health issues and found, in building a consistent self-care practice, the resilience she had been looking for. The brand began as a simple mission: to make products that help people take care of themselves not only on special occasions, but every ordinary day of the week. Everything is handmade in the UK in small batches, plastic-free or 100% recyclable, and cruelty-free throughout. The name came from the thing that makes Jutta happiest — sunshine on her face, and the particular feeling that her soul is smiling.
