Clare Cooper had spent years managing anxiety disorders when yoga and meditation finally started to help. Wanting to go deeper, she and her partner Darren headed to India for three months — and found themselves at an Ayurvedic retreat in Kerala, learning about the power of plants, natural healing, and the philosophy of treating body and mind as one. That trip changed everything. Back in England, they began formulating their own natural products, drawing on what they'd learned: that what you put on your skin and breathe in should matter just as much as what you eat. Made By Coopers was the result — a modern apothecary now based in Essex, handcrafting every product in small batches for their growing community.
