Cocolulu is a one-woman independent brand created by Louise — raised in Hong Kong by a Chinese mother and English father, trained in embroidery at the Manchester School of Art, and now designing from London. The thread running through everything is colour: Louise grew up in a city where cultures collide and produce something more vivid than either alone, and that energy shows in everything she makes. Hand-painted candles in bold, considered palettes. Hand-embroidered pieces that carry the kind of detail only possible when one person is responsible for every stitch. Vintage-feeling glassware, each piece individually painted. Advent candles with hand-painted numbers. Tablescapes and festive homeware designed for the kind of gathering worth remembering.
