Lead Times and Customisation Each light is handmade to order. Once your order arrives, we'll confirm your design choices, provide you with a workshop order number, and keep you updated with progress photos as your fixture is built. Custom lead times vary, so do message us if you're working to a deadline.

Now, we absolutely adore our brand partners - they work incredibly hard and we do try to support them as much as we possibly can. So I'm rather afraid we have to pass the return postage costs back to you. Frightfully sorry about that!
