Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
Everything you need to know about returning your order to us.
We've tried to make this as straightforward as possible, because frankly nobody enjoys reading delivery policies. We'll keep it brief. Relatively.
We genuinely hope you love what arrived. But if something isn't quite right — wrong size, changed your mind, Tuesday arrived and suddenly it's not very you anymore — absolutely no problem. Here's what to do.
On exchanges: our brands are independent makers shipping directly from their own studios, so we can't facilitate a straight swap. The easiest thing is to return what you have and place a new order. Rather straightforward, all things considered.
How Long Do You Have?
14 days from the day it lands on your doorstep to drop us a line. Once we've confirmed everything, you then have a further 14 days to actually send it back. So — plenty of time, no need to panic.
What Can't Come Back?
Some things, sadly, can't be returned. These include:
Perishable goods — food, drink, fresh flowers, wreaths, plants.
Personal care items where the hygiene seal has been opened — earrings, underwear, swimwear.
Personalised or made-to-order pieces — anything made specifically for you, including items with custom colours, text, initials or photos. Please do check all personalisation carefully before you purchase.
Anything that's been opened, used, or isn't in a condition someone else would happily buy
Consumables such as soap or hand cream — these can only be returned if completely unopened and with all seals intact.
Large items such as framed art or furniture — these are handled on a case by case basis. Drop us an email and we'll talk it through.
Some items may also be exempt for other reasons — if so, this will be made clear on the product listing.
Packing Your Return
A little care here goes a long way — especially for the small independent brands on the other end.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. Fragile items — glassware, ceramics, rolled artwork or paper pieces — must be repackaged exactly as they arrived, with all the original protective material carefully wrapped back around them.
Any branded packaging should be included — dust bags, jewellery boxes, clothing tags and the like.
Footwear must be returned unmarked, unworn and in its original undamaged box.
Swimwear and underwear should be tried on over your own underwear — returns won't be accepted if the hygiene strip has been removed or items are soiled.
Returning Items From More Than One Brand
If your order included items from more than one brand, please submit a separate return request for each one and make sure each parcel goes back to the correct brand. We'll give you all the addresses you need when you get in touch.
Received Something Faulty, Broken or Incorrect?
That's absolutely not on, and we're sorry. If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, here's what to do.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know. After that, you have a further 14 days to send it back.
The process:
- Email us at [email protected] within 30 days, with your order number, a photo of the issue and a brief description of what's wrong. We'll take it from there.
- We'll arrange return postage — you won't pay a penny for return shipping on a faulty or incorrect item. We'll provide a prepaid label.
- Choose your resolution — once the brand receives the return, you can choose between a full refund, a repair or a replacement, whichever you'd prefer.
- Your refund or replacement — refunds are processed within 14 days of the brand receiving the item, and will include any delivery costs you paid. Repairs or replacements will be completed within the original delivery timeframe shown on the product listing. If that's not possible, we'll let you know and give you the option of a later date or a full refund instead.

The Returns Process — Rather Simple, Actually
1. Drop us an email Contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and what you'd like to return. That's it for step one.
2. We'll sort the details We'll come back to you with the correct return address and any specific instructions from the brand. Each one is different — independent makers, remember.
3. Pack it up properly Unused, unworn, original packaging, all tags still attached. Exactly as it arrived, ideally. The brands really do appreciate it.
4. Send it back — with tracking, please Any courier is fine. But do use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage — the parcel is your responsibility until it safely arrives. We'd hate for it to go walkabout.
5. Your refund Once the brand receives and checks everything, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Allow up to 15 business days for it to appear. If it hasn't shown up after that, email us and we'll chase it down.
One thing to note — original shipping costs aren't refundable. Sorry about that.
Where Does It Go Back To?
Since every brand ships from their own location, returns go back directly to them. We'll give you the exact address when you get in touch — but broadly:
- Ordered from a UK brand → back to the UK
- Ordered from an EU brand → back to the EU
- Ordered from a US brand → back to the US
International Returns — A Brief But Important Bit
If you're returning from outside Europe, or between the UK and EU, your parcel will need a customs declaration. Please make sure it clearly states:
- "Returned Goods — Zero Commercial Value"
- The original tracking number from your original order
If this is missing or a commercial value is declared, customs may get involved and charges will be deducted from your refund. Not ideal for anyone. Email us first if you're unsure — we'd much rather help you get it right.
A couple of things before you send it back
Please do use a tracked service and hold onto your proof of postage — until it arrives safely with the brand, the parcel is in your hands and we'd hate for anything to go wrong.
Do make sure everything is in its original condition and packaging. Our brands are small independent businesses and every return genuinely matters to them — they really do appreciate the care.
