Disc One – Jammin in the Windy City (Red Vinyl): Pearl Jam's incendiary set from Chicago's Cabaret Metro, 28 March 1992, during the Ten Tour. Eleven tracks of pure Seattle rock energy, from Release through to Garden.

Disc Two – Jammin Down South (Clear Vinyl): Captured at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, 3 April 1994, during the Vs. Tour. Ten utterly engaging performances featuring Dissident, Better Man, Daughter, Rearviewmirror, and a rather extended take on Porch that goes on for over eleven minutes.

Disc Three – Jammin On Home Turf (White Vinyl): The crown jewel. Pearl Jam's complete set from the legendary Self-Pollution Radio broadcast, recorded at Eddie Vedder's own Seattle house on 8 January 1995. Ten tracks drawn primarily from the then-freshly released Vitalogy album, presented exactly as performed that evening.
