About Snowflake Obsidian: This glorious stone is naturally occurring volcanic glass, formed when felsic lava cools rapidly without crystal growth. The beautiful white flake patterns come from small radially clustered crystals of cristobalite, making each piece utterly fetching and entirely unique.
