Camellios was founded in London in 2020 by Timur Romanov — during the pandemic, when the case for a genuinely exceptional cup of tea made itself rather obvious. The idea was straightforward: source whole leaves from the world's best growers, hand blend and pack them exclusively in the UK using 100% natural ingredients, and do not compromise on any of it. The market disagreed with the idea that this was unnecessary. Camellios has since won multiple Great Taste Awards, been voted Best Premium Tea Brand at the Perfect Gift Awards by LUXLife Magazine, and found its way into prestigious London hotels including the Georgian House Hotel and 3 Sloane Gardens. The case was, it turns out, well made.

The range covers classic black teas, green teas, Earl Grey, chai, white tea and saffron blends — a collection built for people who have decided that the tea they drink every day is worth caring about. Packaging is recyclable and plastic-free throughout, including biodegradable pyramid tea bags. Five percent of profits are donated to charitable causes, currently supporting reforestation through a partnership with MoreTrees.
