Apply your balm to dry skin, rinse the cloth under warm water, hold it over your face for 5 seconds, then use gentle circular movements to remove the cleanser and any impurities. Splendid. Your skin feels properly cleansed, and you're not drowning in single use waste.

Now, we absolutely adore our brand partners - they work incredibly hard and we do try to support them as much as we possibly can. So I'm rather afraid we have to pass the return postage costs back to you. Frightfully sorry about that!
